C SQUAD times

Interested in CrossFit as a sport? There are so many local compititions now and its alot of fun taking part in these. Its also a great environment to test your fitness and see how you stack up against other competitiors.

Squad C is a training program aimed at CrossFitters that want to compete. We follow the Outlaw Way (http://theoutlawway.com/category/blog/) and sessions are more technical and intense than your standard class.

If you have a goal of competing one day we want to help you get there! Although there are a few requirements for joining Squad C, we want to see you achieve these and join in!
