Yus, we’ve made it to week 3 / day 4 of the Smolov strength cycle! Its sure is a relief to be done with it and next week will be a well deserved squat free week It has been so cool to focus on something for 3 weeks though and you guys really embraced it. Bring on Week 5 when we’ll re test our 1RM back squats.
