225 Burpee Box Jump Overs
1200 Meter Med Ball Relay Run
300 Push-Ups
1200 Meter Med Ball Relay Run
450 Squats
1200 Meter Med Ball Relay Run

*1 Partner works, 1 partner rests, and the 3rd partner rows.

Your teams score will be the time it took to complete the workout and the total meters rowed by your team.
