INTRO PROGRAMME

We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.

The introduction sessions run continuously on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am. You can jump in when ever you are ready! The introduction will consist of 9 sessions and cost $100.

1 on 1 Express introduction: The 3 session Express intro course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a focused one on one environment. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safelly and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
