We love the olympic lifts and we’re lucky to have coaches that are passionate about teaching the lifts! Come and join us Monday and Wednesday nights 7-8pm for a purely lifting focused class.
These classes are included in our membership, however to join in, members must complete the 2 hour Barbell elements course that we run once a month. Below are the dates for the upcoming barbell elements courses:
