Box Squat (wide stance)

12 x 2 @ 50-65% of 1RM BS

*Reps should be fast and explosive. Goal is to build speed strength.

 

Conditioning:

3 rounds of

ME Thursters 45/30

ME Pull ups

3min rest between rounds
