Back Squat: 1×8@65% / 1×8@70% / 1×8@75%

Front Squat: 1×5@65% / 2×5@70%

 

2.) Conditioning

A. 3 rounds of:

1:00 ME Wall Walks*
1:00 Rest

* If you can Handstand Walk, do that (for total distance)

 

B. 3 rounds for time of:

10 Clean & Jerks (anyhow) 70/47.5kg
20 Lateral Burpees (later jump over bar)
