20 Snatches, 70/50

20 Clean and Jerks, 70/50

20 Muscle ups

*25min Cap

*The snatch weight should be no heavier than 70% of your 1RM.

*Scale Muscle up with seated banded muscle ups, or do 20 ring rows + 20 ring dips.
