A few additions and changes to the schedule!

New sessions added: Tuesday 9:30am / Wednesday 12:30

Changes: Open gym on Mondays and Wednesday will now be 9:30am-10:30am

:30 Double KB Hang Clean & Jerk 24/16kg (KBs do not need to return to the floor every rep, start from the same “hang” that you would on a swing)
