Olympic lifting – Clean + Jerk

Warm up then attempt the following weight percentages:

80% / 85% / 90% / 95% / 100% / 105%

*You only get 3 attempts per lift. If you make the weight on the 1st attempt then progress to the next weight. Once you miss a weight 3 times your clean day is done
