Today is the final day of our 4 week Squat program. Next week you’ll have the opportunity to re-test your back and front squat 1RM’s on either Wednesday or Friday. Cant wait!

 

1.) Squatting – Final day!

Back Squat: 8@65% / 8@70% / 8@75% / 8@80%

Front Squat: 5@60% / 5@65% / 5@70% / 5@70%

 

2.) Conditioning

15 minute AMRAP of:

200m OH Plate Carry 20/10kg
10 Pull-ups
20 Lateral Plate Jumps (each jump counts 1 rep – touch plate on top)
5 Wall Walks
