Hope everybody’s had a good weekend. I did some painting on the weekend in our house and I have to say that man I am happy I’m not a painter. It’s a hard job. Big ups to all the painters in the world.
The picture above of Katherine just reminded me again of how CrossFit is an inclusive fitness program. There is seriously nothing we do that we can’t scale to include somebody.
