1.) Work to a 1RM Clean&Jerk

2.) Work on C+J Technique (After a 5min warm up do 3 Reps EMOTM for 10min at a weight that allows for perfect form)

 

Conditioning

3 rounds for total reps of:

2 minute AMRAP of:

5 Squat Clean to Thrusters 60/40kg
25 Double-unders

*Rest 1 minute

1 minute AMRAP of:
