We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.
The 3 week intro programme is designed to teach you the basic movements in a focused small group environment. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safelly and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
▪ 3 Weeks
▪ 3 sessions a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) or (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
▪ Two time options: 5:45 – 6:45am or 6 – 7pm

Our introduction program includes a full body analysis from our partner physiotherapist at SportsLab that will help us cater for your needs more specifically!
