In pairs, alternate excercises to do as many rounds as possible within each of four 5min AMPRAPs:

5 HSPU (Strict)

10 Hand release Push ups

15 Plate Snatches (20/10)

20 Combat rope skips

25 Sit Ups

*Rest 2min between each AMRAP

*Start from the beginning each AMRAP with the goal of matching or beating your previous round.

*Scale HSPU with a strict dumbell press

*Scale the Plate snatch weight as needed
