Todays workout:
‘CARDS’
In teams of 2 or 3 work through a pack of cards. The number on the card dictates the reps you do (picture cards = 10 reps and the Ace = 11). The suit determines the exercise:
Hearts – 200m Sprint
Diamonds – Wall balls
Clubs – Jumping lunges
Spades – Power Snatch (50/30kg) or KB Swing for visitors
