90 Shoulder to over head (50/35)
90 Front Squat (50/35)
Row 1.5km + 90 Wall balls (These can be done simultaneously)
Run 1.2km
*During the Shoulder to over head and front squat portion only one person can work at a time and a human rack is used to swap places. During the Row and wall ball portion 2 people can work and 1 rest. With the run only one person can be working at a time. Exercises have to be completed in order.
