Starting next Sunday (5th of October) We’ll be posting and running a WOD from 1-2 on a Sunday for those who would prefer a bit of direction instead of open gym during that first hour. The gym will still be available as an open gym from 1-3 for those who want to work on their own stuff. Here is a nice little WOD for you to give a go today if you want:
