1.) Andfit Shoulder activation

3 rounds: 5 shoot throughs / 5 Wall slides / 5 Active kips / 5 dowel L-grip pass throughs

 

2.) Snatch complex x 5

Take 10min to warm up to a half decent weight then hit 5 attempts (Every 90sec) tho establish a heavy complex of:

Snatch – Hang Snatch (just below knee) – 2 x OH Squat

3.) AMRAP 15:
25 Overhead Plate Lunges 20/10kg
20 Deads 80/60
15 TTB
200m Run
