A.) Back Squat 1RM
*Range of motion is more important that the weight. Make sure you get full depth on your squat before increasing the weight. Boxes and medballs can be used as targets to squat to if you are unsure of your depth.
B) Run test: 400m / 800m / 1.6km / 2km
