Hope everybody got something out of today. Was good to revisit some things we don’t do as often. I didn’t do todays workout but it looked like everybody had a great time.
Next week we will be finding our 1RM in the Shoulder Press so be in for that. The workout for tomorrow is a bit of a remix of the hero workout “DT”. Below is a video of Rich Froning and a few other doing “DT” in a partner form. It is a good watch and you might find it interesting. For us tomorrow you will do it alone but only 3 rounds and I have added a run at the start to make it a bit fun. Hope everybody enjoys it.
