A.) EMOTM for 8min Thusters / or 1RM Back squat

5 Heavy thrusters (You choose weight)

*Weight must be cleaned from the ground to start and a squat clean thruster is acceptable for the first rep

If you missed the 1RM Back squat on Monday you can use this time to re-test that.

 

B.) “Fire lungs”

30 burpees
30 shoulder to overhead 60/40kg
30 burpee
