2.) Snatch

Spend 15min on this snatch complex:

Snatch deadlift – Hang Snatch – Snatch

*Goal is perfect movement with no misses. Only increase weight if lifts were ‘clean’ (No press outs, stumbling or ugly saves).

 

3.) Conditioning

Bar muscle up

*Scale weight to: 50/35 or 40/25 or 30/15
*Scale Bar muscle up with C2B Pull up / Pull up / Banded strict pull up
