1) 10 minutes to establish a 1rm Snatch (no more than 3 maximal attempts).
2) 10 minutes to establish a 1rm Clean & Jerk (no more than 3 maximal attempts).

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
