1 month till Christmas. What are your goals before the end of year? Still got 30 days to hit those goals. If you didn’t set much goals for yourself this year then start thinking about next year. We all need to set goals. We need to be working towards something. It could be a bigger squat or even just to look and feel better. SET GOALS.
Really happy with what I saw today. The intensity was great in the classes I was in. I was also happy to see that even with the high reps of snatches the form stayed consistent and good. People were able to make changes during the workout if I asked them to give me better position. This is really cool to see.
Tomorrow we are going to retest our Clean and Jerk. I want to encourage everybody to give it a go. If you’ve been working on technique this is a great opportunity to see how much you have improved.
