Some of you may be aware that we’ve been doing a squatting program for the last few weeks. You have all worked really hard and today we test and see if we improved. I am sure we are gonna see some big PR’s today. If you don’t PR your squat…. don’t worry. The fact is you would have improved as an athlete somewhere across the board doing all those squats so it might not directly show but believe me you are a better athlete for doing it.
