EMOTM for 10min perform 4 reps of either of these HSPU variations based on your level:

Deficit strict / Deficit kipping / Strick / Kipping / Head raised strict / head raised kipping

 

Conditioning

4 rounds for total time of:

25 Wall Balls
10 Power Snatches 50/35kg
