Belinda loves box jumps and she loves burpees too. So we are going to do some tomorrow just because she asked.

A. Deadlift

5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

* Do 10-20 reps of Back Extensions between sets.

* Make all the sets challenging in weight.

B . Conditioning

21-15-9 of:

Wall Balls
Burpees
Power Snatch 35/25kg
Box Jump 70/60cm

* Scale the weight so the intensity stays high. All sets should only be broke up once .

* Cap 15min
