* Do 10-20 reps of Back Extensions between sets.
* Make all the sets challenging in weight.
B . Conditioning

Power Snatch 35/25kg
Box Jump 70/60cm
* Scale the weight so the intensity stays high. All sets should only be broke up once .
* Cap 15min
