Back Squat: 4X5@85% – quick up and down with no pause every set, rest 90 sec.
Conditioning
1) EMOM for 7 minutes:
4/2 Muscle-Ups followed by – 1 ME UB set of Double-Unders (if miss occurs before 10 reps behind DU again)

2) 4 rounds of:
30 sec. ME Split Jumps
30 sec. ME Power Cleans 75/50kg
30 sec. ME Split Jumps
