The CrossFit Games starts tomorrow morning with the masters. I’ve done the maths for you here are the event times in NZ time. We’ll have the TV set up at reception for your viewing pleasure before and after sessions. Its gonna be epic!
A.) Gymnastics - Muscle up work
Choose from the list below and do reps EMOTM 10:
- 3 to 5 Muscle ups
- 3 to 5 Seated, banded muscle ups
- 3 to 5 Ring rows (false grip) + 3 to 5 Ring dips
B.) Clean and Jerk
1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1
*After warming up have 5 attempts and a single clean and jerk. Rest 90sec between attempts. Goal is NO MISSES! (or ugly reps)
C.) ” Hold on”
