40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Scale 1: 10 Pull-ups / 20 Push ups / 30 sit ups / 40 squats – 5 rounds
Scale 2: 10 Pull-ups / 20 Push ups / 30 sit ups / 40 squats – 4 rounds
Scale 3: 5 Pull-Ups / 10 Push Ups / 20 Sit Ups / 30 Squats – 5 rounds
