We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.
The 3 week intro programme is designed to teach you the basic movements in a focused small group environment. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safelly and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
