Hello Athletes,
We’re turning 1 on Thursday! We’re celebrating this Saturday with a special birthday WOD at 9am and then drinks and nibbles from 3:30-6:30pm at Wykie and Bec’s place 7a Kimberhall ave Mt Roskill (the hood). We will provide nibbles and drinks, please bring your own alcoholic drinks. Some of you have asked if you can bring paleo cakes and other goodies – please do! We’ll be starting our 8 week NO BREAD nutrition challenge the following Monday (8th), so we’ll be a little naughty on Saturday
Please feel free to bring partners & kids. Parking on the road. Please RSVP by replying to this email by Wednesday.

10 unbroken Front Squats @ 70% 1RM
Run 400m
Rest between rounds = the same amount of time it took to complete the last round
• Weight has to be cleaned from the ground to start the set of front squats.
