12mins on the Clock
1 Pull-up +1 Snatch , 2 Pull-ups + 2 Snatches, 3+3, 4+4 etc
Continue up the ladder as far as you can in 12mins – sets do not have to be unbroken and the weight on the Snatch should be relatively light.
This should be viewed as skill work
